Building Department
The Plumas County Building Department provides the citizens of Plumas County the guidance to develop property following the guidelines set forth in the California Building Codes.
The Plumas County Building Department Quincy office is open to the public Monday thru Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
The Plumas County Building Department Chester satellite office is open to the public every Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm.
The Building Department will be "CLOSED" for staff meetings on the fourth Thursdays of each month from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
